MonaVie was founded by an innovative, dynamic, and experienced team of professionals dedicated to changing lives around the world. Under their direction, MonaVie is strategically developing international markets on a measured scale to ensure long-term success and financial stability.

DALLIN LARSEN

Founder and President

Dallin has worked in direct sales and with nutritional products for more than 17 years and brings that valuable knowledge and insight to MonaVie. In the 1990's he led a nutritional network marketing company to impressive growth - from startup to 120 million in annual sales. However, that experience pales in comparison to what he has helped accomplish with MonaVie, with sales of over one billion. Dallin has a love and appreciation for distributors and has served as a director on the Direct Selling Association Board in Washington DC.

HENRY MARSH

Executive Vice President and Cofounder

Henry is a four-time U.S. Olympian in track and field. During his athletic career, he set four American records and was ranked No. 1 in the world for three years. He has consulted with the President's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports, served as a member of the executive board for the U.S. Olympic Committee, and was a member of the board of trustees for the Salt Lake Olympic Committee during the 2002 Winter Games. While running and leaping his way through college and international sporting competitions, Henry earned economics and law degrees that he has put into practice throughout his impressive career.

RANDY LARSEN

Executive Vice President and Cofounder

Randy is a successful entrepreneur with a proven record of success. He's owned and operated restaurants, retail chains, and other small businesses, including 57 health and fitness clinics throughout the United States. Randy has also been actively involved in the development of nutritional products for 20-plus years and has been involved in the direct selling industry for more than 11 years.

DELL BROWN

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Dell brings a wealth of experience in business development and leadership to MonaVie. As the director of product development for a now billion dollar network marketing company, he successfully launched dozens of new products in the competitive global health and wellness market. In addition, Dell has served as an operations and strategy consultant, assisting clients in both the health care and technology industries. Prior to earning the title of COO, Dell served as an advisor to and general manager of MonaVie, where he was instrumental in advancing the remarkable growth of the company.

DEVIN THORPE

Chief Financial Officer

Devin is a seasoned executive with proven experience in various corporate finance positions, including treasurer for another direct selling company. Prior to joining MonaVie, he served as the managing director of Thorpe Capital Group, a regional investment bank that he founded in 2000. He also served a two-year assignment on the staff of the U.S. Senate Banking Committee in Washington DC. Devin earned a B.S. degree in finance from the University of Utah and an MBA from Cornell University's Johnson Graduate School of Management.
